Bring Headshot / Resume to the Audition. \nCHARACTER BREAKDOWN: \n\n\nJonathan / Gabriel : A set of middle age twins who plot to kill their parents in order to send them back in time and be raised by them instead of given up for adoption. – This role has been cast – however\, we do need a 6’4 stand in! \n\n\nAbraham : He is an older homeless drug addict whose biggest regret in life is giving away a set of twins he had as a teenager. In the film he ends up in the gutter of life\, and at the point of his death\, he miraculously becomes young again and rewrites his life by this time raising the twins. \n\n\nElizabeth : She is an older woman who settled for average in her life\, she regrets giving away her baby twins as a teenager. In the film she marries someone she doesn’t love\, and at the point of her death\, she miraculously becomes young again and rewrites her life by this time raising the twins. \n\n\nYoung Abraham : A teenager who during Prom finds out that his girlfriend is pregnant and decides with her to raise them this time. He visits his older self as a vision earlier in the film. \n\n\nYoung Elizabeth : A pregnant teenager who during Prom decides to raise the twins with her boyfriend this time. She visits his older self as a vision earlier in the film. \n\n\nJulius : A teenager who works as a doorman\, he tells a peculiarly strange and long dream he had the night before to a resident of the building. \n\n\nThe Specialist: A strange character- a man in a suit who sells his service of sending you back in time. He speaks about death in a chilling manner. \n\n\nHoward: An elite man dies of old age on his deathbed. He struggles to fulfill his last wish of reliving his life\, and is willing to pay anything for it. \n\n\nKatherine: An elite very old woman\, She scolds Samuel as he lays dying of old age in a heartless manner. \n\n\nSamuel: Elizabeth’s second husband. An older man\, he walks out of the restroom to be stabbed to death by a visitor in his home \n\n\nElderly Men and Woman: They are in Elizabeth’s home when Samuel is stabbed to death\, they soon suffer the same fate off-screen. \n\n\nMen and Woman: In the room where Howard breathes his last breaths\, his family argues over their inheritance vigorously. \n\n\nOne thing to note is that we will have a make-up artist that can age the actors about 20 years so when it says “elderly” we can help out in that department!  \nBecause this is an independent film\, availability is key for the production!

Actors will be playing the homeowners\, enjoying the outdoor living space and reciting the homeowners’ testimonial answers. \nOFFER:\n $100 for each adult actor and $75 for the child/teen actor. Actors will need to sign a talent release form acknowledging that they aren’t entitled to any royalties outside of the agreed-upon $100/$75 payment. \nPROJECTED SHOOT DATES:\n TBD – Between November 27 and December 8. \nAUDITION:\n Portions highlighted is what candidate will read:  \n1. How did you feel about your yard PRIOR to starting your outdoor remodel with System Pavers? The movie will be about 1 hour in length\, shot entirely in studio\, in front of a green screen. It should take about 7 one-day sessions. Most cast members will only be needed for 2 or 3 days. The plan is to get our movie into several film festivals\, so we can get industry visibility and IMDb credit for all. \nSHOOT DATE:\n Mainly Saturdays in November and December. \nAUDITION:\n Cold read. This is the female lead\, appearing in about half of the scenes. She is a serious grad student in archaeology. She’s a friendly person\, but her sarcastic sense of humor sometimes gets in the way.  \n\n\nCaptain Harman: Male\, 30’s or 40’s. Ship’s captain\, in about a third of the scenes. Former military officer\, harboring some resentment for unfairly being forced out of military. Starber has been with Interstellar Delivery Service for many years. Journey loves the arts\, they love music\, film\, writing\, name any profession that doesn’t pay well unless you get famous and Journey loves doing it. Journeys main passion though is Spoken Word Poetry. Journey is actually a nickname. They got it because it’s been a journey for them get through school and figure themselves out. The problem is Journeys parents want more practicality in Journeys future which means either being a nurse like their mom or joining the military like their dad. Neither of those options will make Journey happy but Journey doesn’t want to get in a fight with their parents. Journey wants to please everyone. As the oldest child Journey just want to make their parents proud but unfortunately they put everyone else’s feelings before their own. They are sensitive\, affectionate\, non-confrontational\, passive\, and charming. friends. \n\n\nWisdom – Wisdom is a 24 year old college student. They go to the State college in their hometown. Wisdom has known Journey since they were in high school. They’ve been through high school and community college together. But Wisdom is moving forward past Journey. Wisdom is about to receive a Bachelor’s degree at the end of this next school year. Wisdom is a loyal friend at is always there for Journey. Wisdom’s parents are very nurturing\, understanding and accepting of their child’s ambitions. They are extremely open and constantly communicate their feelings to each other. Some might think they are like hippies but they are just extremely progressive and cherish a positive mindset. Wisdom is their actual name. Wisdom wants to get their Ph.D in musicology so they can be like their idol Dr. Dre except of the degrees to back it up. Wisdom is incredibly smart and mature beyond their age. \n\n\nMom – Journeys mother late 40’s/early 50’s – is an immigrant from the Philippines who wants to help her kids with their future. She works as a nurse at a hospital. More sensitive and understanding of child. Guilt trips children. \n\n\nDad – Journeys father late 40’s/early 50’s – is also an immigrant. Joined the Navy to be able to bring family over as citizens. Is strict\, harsh\, less compromising\, stubborn. Thinks he knows what’s best for everyone. Guilt trips children. \n\n\nAshley Pagsanjan – younger sibling that acts like an older sibling. Serious\, focused\, responsible\, determined\, level headed\, reasonable\, wants what’s best for her sibling\, caring\, compassionate\, and wise. Is in a 4 year college earning their bachelor’s degree before joining the Navy to become an officer. \n\n\nCASTING NOTES: \n\n\nJourney and Wisdom don’t have a set gender character. Journey and Wisdom have general neutral names because we want the part to go to the best actor/actress. However\, in the script they are referred to as “males” but that was done to avoid any confusion in the writing process.
